- You acknowledge that you have read this agreement in full and that you fully understand to be fully and legally bound to the Terms & Conditions listed on this site and contained within any Echo Season related product.
- You acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy in full and that you accept the Privacy Policy.
- Echo Season products are sold and licensed to you as a single user with a single license. You may not sell, duplicate, share, sub-license, or transfer the product or license of any Echo Season product.
- Echo Season synthesizer patches, images, logos, text, icons and products are the intellectual and creative property of Echo Season / Peter Brefini who holds sole ownership. All Rights belong to Echo Season / Peter Brefini. Any duplication, copying, or mimicking of Echo Season products is a violation of the law. Please do not pirate products sold by Echo Season because it is not very nice to do that, and he is a nice guy who would not do that to you, and lastly, Bob Moog himself will come back to haunt you in your synth dreams and you will never make a good sound again- and that’s scary stuff.
- You may not under any circumstances create a sound bank, patch bank, synthesizer patch, sample bank nor sample nor copy any Echo Season synthesizer preset or product with the intent and purpose of creating, distributing or selling synthesizer presets, sounds banks or sample packs.
- Echo Season reserves the right to modify the price of any product at any time without the requirement to compensate or reimburse you in the event of a sale or promotional offer of any product.
- Echo Season is not responsible for any damages or liabilities from the use of any Echo Season product. Echo Season products may not be free of bugs or errors, and you acknowledge that you understand that the use of any Echo Season product is used at your own risk. Echo Season is not liable for any damage, physical or emotional duress or discomfort, loss of hearing, damaged equipment or personal property, any lost profit, loss of data, physical or emotional damage, or any malfunctioning or indirect damage caused by an Echo Season product purchased by you. In no event shall the liability exceed the amount you paid for your product.
- Echo Season products, soundsets, soundbanks and synthesizer presets are royalty free and you may use them within a musical context for commercial or non-commercial use, for instance, music and audio compositions, film, television, and commercials.
- The Terms & Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by you or Echo Season. If you choose to terminate them you may do so by destroying all copies of your licensed products. Echo Season reserves the right to terminate them if you breach this agreement. These terms shall survive any termination.
- Echo Season reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time. However, an attempt will be made to notify you of any such changes. If you disagree with any modifications to the Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of all Echo Season products and contact Echo Season to rescind your agreement.
